Quick post on my new favorite streetside hang out in Minneapolis: Pancho Villa at 2539 Nicollet Ave. Fantastic happy hour (Ice cold 2 for 1 Dos Ex's) - and Fantastic Shrimp Tortillas - as well as great wait staff. Highly recommended. Viva La Revolucion!
No, the wait stafff is far from great.
